Itinerary

Day 1 – Arrival in Kabale & Tastes of Tradition

Day 2 – Market to Table: Cooking with Women’s Groups

Market visit and hands-on cooking with a local women’s group.

Day 3 – Farm-to-Table with Go Organic Africa

Day 5 – Culinary Feast at Amatsiko School

School garden activities and preparation of a community feast.

Visit Amatsiko Preparatory School. Join the children in garden projects — planting, composting, or harvesting vegetables for lunch. Work with guardians and community volunteers to prepare a traditional feast. Evening celebration with drumming, dance, and music alongside the school community. Overnight stay in Kabale.

Day 6 – Departure

Breakfast, farewell reflection, and transfer onward.
